  • Analyze metering data from Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and related systems to identify consumption patterns, trends, anomalies, and operational insights.
  • Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to support management decision-making and operational planning.
  • Monitor AMI network data health by performing regular data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Coordinate with metering, IT, engineering, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all integrated systems.
  • Investigate data anomalies, communication failures, and system performance issues, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support performance monitoring, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance metering operations and data reliability.
  • Track and analyze operational activities, including work orders, meter commissioning, rectification works, preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, and work completion documentation using structured data analytics.
  • Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of metering data in accordance with corporate governance and information security standards.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor to support departmental and organizational objectives.
