As Director of Sales your role will entail management of hotel sales & marketing strategy, competitive market positioning, leadership & mentoring, developing high-performing sales teams & tracking; data analytics; critical thinking & industry relationship building.
Requirements:
Knowledge of the local market
Luxury hotel experienced
A passion for sales and target-based performance
Relevant degree, in sales, business development or other relevant business field, from an academic institution
Salary package: Market related + expat including flights, visa, housing, transport & medical cover.
