Job Description

  • Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting.
  • Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis of consolidated results, including budgets, forecasts, and month-end results.
  • Analyze the flow of money through financial statements and will offer insights and financial advise
  • Responsible for Budget Planning
  • Projecting Profit and budget
  • Provide advice in making financial decisions
  • Suggesting financial improvements
  • Develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company's long-term objectives

Skills

  • MBA - Finance
  • Min 5 years’ experience as a Finance Manager in the Hospitality industry (Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Hotels)
  • Professional qualification in accounting; certification for software usage is preferable (Microsoft and/or Oracle Certified Professional)
  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation of accounting principles. including the evaluation of financial policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid analytical skills, understanding of business processes, and system optimization.
  • Exposed to shop start up
