    Front Office Supervisor (Al Gassar Resort)

    Job Description

    • Ensure resident satisfaction at all times, while maintaining the resort policies and standards
    • Responsible for checking in and checking out tenants and guests, in a friendly and professional manner. The associate will maintain a professional image and attitude at all times, as they play a crucial role in forming the first and last impressions of Al Gassar Resort
    • Handle the arrival and departure of tenants and guestst, following established The Al Gassar Resort Standards
    • Handle all cashiering transactions (posting charges to resident rooms, exchanging foreign currency, etc.) and balancing any issued cash floats at the end of each shift
    • Respond to all resident requests and questions in a professional and courteous manner, whether via telephone, in person, or via e-mail, providing accurate information and taking appropriate courses of action (message handling, dealing with tenant / guest complaints, etc.)
    • Be knowledgeable at all times of updated product and service information, including daily resort meetings and events
    • Possess a working knowledge of reservation procedures
    • Assist tenants and guests with all Concierge-related queries
    • Prepare month-end invoices for residents
    • Keep abreast of all information concerning the resort A La Carte Services, local places of interest, restaurants, transportation, sports facilities, places of worship, shopping areas and all relevant information likely to be of a tenants’s interest
    • Complete additional tasks as assigned from time to time by their supervisor. This may include training and meeting attendance


    • Is an ambassador of the company in and outside of the work place
    • College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
    • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company
    • Excellent verbal and writing skills
    • Knowledge of basic hotel and residence business operations preferred
    • Fluency in English is a must
    • Fluency in Arabic or additional language is an asset
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Team player &fFlexible in scheduling
    • Enthusiastic and pleasant personality
