Full-time Personal Assistant required in Doha, Qatar, £60,000 – £100,000 per annum. Live-out. Start ASAP
A returning client located in Qatar is searching for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Shaikhah.
As a Personal Assistant, you will be dedicated and responsible for all matters concerning the Shaikhah. Duties will include but not limited to diary management, travel arrangement, booking appointments, liaising with the household staff and team, managing schedules, placing orders, shopping, running errands, travelling and escorting the Shaikhah when she leaves the property as well as overseas travel and generally support her everyday needs.
The household is fully staffed and you will be experienced to coordinate and communicate with the team.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills along with great organisational and management skills. You should have the ability to multitask and be firm in your approach in order to coordinate staff and schedules. The role requires an experienced PA, who is at the top of her career. Previous palace experience is essential as is being a confident driver.
International travel is required.
The working schedule will be 6 days per week.
This is a live-out position with a private room/apartment provided.
The salary on offer for this role is negotiable for the right candidate and will be based on skills, experience and qualifications. To be discussed further at the interview stage.
