We offer programs across Commercial Banking, Wealth & Personal Banking, Global Banking & Markets, Digital Business Services and Risk & Compliance.


Commercial Banking


HSBC Commercial Banking operates in around 60 countries and territories, covering the developed and developing markets that matter most to our customers. Through our teams of relationship managers, we connect businesses to opportunities, helping them to thrive and grow. We work with a wide range of customers, from small enterprises to mid-market companies and large multinationals, providing them with the tools they need to function efficiently. As a cornerstone of the HSBC Group we have the financial strength to support our customers with working capital, term loans and acquisition or project finance, and the expertise to help them raise money from the stock and bond markets.


Global Banking and Markets


Global Banking and Markets focuses on building strong partnerships with our clients and using our global network to help them achieve consistent, long-term performance. Our understanding of long-term economic trends and insight into opportunities on an international level enables us to develop product and services for governments, corporates and institutions.


Digital Business Service


Digital Business Services (DBS) provides essential support for the bank through operations, technology, central business services, and our worldwide network of Chief Operating Officers. DBS has responsibilities that include: Running customer service operations and business processes from contact centers to payments processing, developing software and applications that underpin HSBC’s banking systems, managing IT systems, infrastructure and support, implementing major strategic change programs, procuring goods and services for the Group, Managing HSBC’s global corporate real estate portfolio. 


Wealth and Personal Banking


Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide. Our employees help customers to manage their day-to-day finances and save for the future. We offer career opportunities ranging from customer service and relationship management jobs in branches to roles in product development, sales, strategy, asset management and insurance. Generalist, specialist and managerial roles are available at all levels.


Risk and Compliance


Group Risk & Compliance takes a comprehensive view of risk for the Group, playing a key role in helping the bank to deliver on its strategy.  


  • Risk oversees a comprehensive risk management framework that is applied throughout the Group 
  • Compliance exists to protect our customers, the organization and the integrity of the financial markets in which we operate 

Role Purpose:


·The Graduate Program is 18 months to 2-year rotational program offering ‘on the job’ training experience in a fast paced dynamic environment for new and recent graduates.


·The program focuses on providing participants with professional development opportunities and real time tailored personal growth opportunities.


·HSBC graduate careers provide specialist development in specific areas of the Bank’s Qatar operations, and whichever route you take, you’ll be sure to get your career off to a great start. We will work with you to understand your areas of interest and your aspirations and offer placement opportunities.

To help realize this goal, our graduate scheme provides a range of leadership development that run parallel to the business-specific training you’ll receive.
