Job Knowledge & Skills
• Customer and Personal Service Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Knowledge of all menus and ongoing promotions in the restaurant

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
