Job Description

  • Responsible for managing all vehicles insurance process and ensuring that the insurance procedures and documentation are completed accurately and on time;
  • Liaises with the customers and provides necessary support and information with regard to the insurance process and the right procedures
  • Photographs the damaged vehicles and prepares the documents to open claim files with designated insurance company for respective vehicles;
  • Follows up and ensures that insurance files are ready to be handed over along with the vehicles to the respective workshops for repairing;
  • Coordinates all the necessary corrections with documentation, such as police reports or missed damage claims reports in order to accurately complete the official insurance files on record;
  • Follows up with insurance companies regarding total loss vehicles to collect the insurance credit Memo;
  • Advise clients for any correction to add any damages if needed in the police report to ensure that repairs of damaged vehicles are fully claimed by the insurance company.
