Job Description

  • Develop and deploy upgrade and migration plans for existing systems; primarily Argos enterprise.
  • Fix application and system problems, or any incident that is disrupting the application service that business users depend on.
  • Analyze requirements, create technical specifications and provide design recommendations for new and existing application.
  • Ensure security and quality compliance and monitor continuous business improvements.
  • Provide guidance for all complex resolutions, revival and root cause assessment.
  • Support the planning, implementation and upgrade of new and existing application including CRM Advise. Provide IT support on all levels as requested and assigned by management.
  • Develop and maintain up to date documentations that describe the use and standard operation procedures of your domains including systems, applications, maintenance and support services.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training with teams and colleagues as requested.
