    Job Description

    Responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities and pursuing these to successful closure. 


    • The development and implementation of a clear account plan to target and grow our chosen customer based upon an intimate knowledge of their markets, business drivers and key decision makers.

    • Develop new customers based on overall potential and strategic relationship to core business.

    • Identify, evaluate, negotiate and close business opportunities in clearly defines strategy.

    • Ensure profits, margins and ROI are maximized through diligent management of prices and commercial agreements.

    • Develop personal relationships with key customer contacts at multiple levels of management.

    • Build and promote cross functional relationships at all levels between NBK and the customer.

    • Acting as liaison between internal resources and external resources and external partners.

    • Assist in the planning, development and implementation of market analysis and presentations of business and corporate development proposals and strategic, including providing background technical information and other information as needed.

    • Identify  key customer product and service requirements and ensure they are implemented as appropriate.

    • Keep the sector Head regularly updated on activities and projects.

    • Maintain the CRM system on a regular basis.

    - Experience in Automotive industry - Commercial Vehicle (Mercedes Benz)


    - Ability to think through and solve problems methodically. - High degree of personal integrity and professionalism. - Maximizing brand exposure. - Persistent and skilled at negotiating. - Strong consultative selling skills. - Developing relationship with key customer - Experience in working across functions to improve customer service. - Able to manage time and projects effectively. - Knowledge of business and management - Computer skills: Autoline is an added value and MS Office -
