Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries to stores and warehouses. The role works closely with suppliers, transportation providers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure efficient logistics operations while maintaining cost-effectiveness and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Monitor deliveries to ensure they are completed on time.
Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouse teams regarding shipment schedules.
Track orders and resolve any delivery or transportation issues.
Prepare and maintain shipping documents and logistics records.
Monitor inventory movements between warehouses and retail stores.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Retail Operations to support business needs.
Analyze logistics performance and prepare periodic reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
