The role works closely with suppliers, transportation providers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure efficient logistics operations while maintaining cost-effectiveness and service quality.



Key Responsibilities:

 



  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.



  • Monitor deliveries to ensure they are completed on time.



  • Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouse teams regarding shipment schedules.



  • Track orders and resolve any delivery or transportation issues.



  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents and logistics records.



  • Monitor inventory movements between warehouses and retail stores.



  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.



  • Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Retail Operations to support business needs.



  • Analyze logistics performance and prepare periodic reports.



  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.




Job Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.



  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.



  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.



  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.



  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
