Job description

The On-Site IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support to users at the assigned location. The role includes troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues; installing and configuring devices; performing system imaging and upgrades; and ensuring IT equipment remains operational and properly maintained.


The engineer will also manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, update support tickets with complete technical details, assist during meetings and events, and coordinate with Helpdesk and infrastructure teams to resolve escalated issues within agreed service levels.



RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in desktop support, field support, or on-site IT support.
Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, device imaging, software installation, and system configuration.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and common desktop applications.
Experience in IT asset inventory, device allocation, repairs, replacements, and lifecycle management.
Familiarity with ITSM or ticketing systems and SLA-based support processes.
Ability to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification is an advantage.
Strong customer-service, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
