Job Description

Job Overview


The Presales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and matching technology opportunities with the business issues and objectives of the customers, as well as channel partner training and enablement. Having wide-ranging field sales engineering experience and using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Providing presales technical support of the sales process across the Products and Solutions.
  • Cooperating with the sales Teams in assessing potential application of the products to meet customer’s business needs.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely, at customer locations or other suitable facilities on the products value proposition.
  • Building complex, multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations as part of a sales engagement process.
  • Leveraging product knowledge to provide technical expertise to internal sales Teams, partners and end users.
  • Developing customer requirements that map solutions, assisting with overcoming technical and competitive objections, and accelerating technical evaluation component of sales cycles to close deals.
  • Leveraging the consultative sales process to prospective users to determine product capability assessment and validation as it applies to the technical sales process.
  • Working on issues that impact design/ selling success or address future concepts, products or technologies.
  • Creating formal networks with key decision makers in assigned accounts.
  • Serving as an external spokesperson and evangelist for the brand’s vision and associated technologies.
  • Advising and delivering appropriate partner training and enablement sessions for Partners.
  • Maintaining skills and certifications relevant to the brand and the professional development.
  • Staying current with the brand’s new and competitive technologies.

Skills & Qualifications


  • University degree in Computer Science or related Engineering subject.
  • Microsoft cloud Advanced Certification is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience as Pre-Sales Engineer.
  • Good communication skills in English (oral & written).
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills and in workshop driven sessions.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to multi task and to set priorities under pressure.
  • Client-focused attitude and a team player.
