Projects Performance & Reporting Analyst
Location :- Qatar
Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Projects Performance & Reporting Analyst to drive portfolio and project reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, dashboards, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain project & portfolio dashboards and performance reports
• Act as focal point for reporting systems (SAP S/4HANA – PS/EPPM)
• Develop BI dashboards, analytics, and trend reports (cost, schedule, risk)
• Consolidate project data into executive-level reports and insights
• Support portfolio visibility, cross-project analysis, and performance tracking
• Identify and implement automation and reporting improvements
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting consistency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field
• 10+ years experience in reporting, analytics, or project environments
• Strong knowledge of project/portfolio management principles
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (PS/EPPM) and BI tools
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
