    Senior Contract Administrator

    Job Description

    1.Draft for subcontractor/supplier agreement that serves as basis in carrying out every subcontractor work and/or
    materials supply; and coordinate with the subcontractor and the management until it is finalized for approval
    2. Prepare request for Site Instruction addressed to the consultant after receiving advice from the site management for
    any modification (omission or addition) of work not included in the original scope
    3. Arrange for Site Instruction Cost Proposal by indicating the price for every quantity in the new scope of work, gather
    subcontractors’ price if they are included in the work and consolidate the total price as Cost Implementation for the
    approval of the management. Participation in the negotiation with the consultant in order to approve the Cost Proposal
    is also required
    4. Coordinate with Site Quantity Surveyor in the finalization of cost proposal, payment application and other commercial
    5. Incorporate on Revised Contract Value the agreed cost of the Site Instruction in order to facilitate the issuance of the
    Variation Order from the Client
    6. Prepare letters to clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers as part of a day to day activity in order to close
    pending issues, like incorrect claim on an item from subcontractors
    7. Consolidate manuals like operation and maintenance manual, As-built drawings and guarantees and warranties from
    us as the main contractors, from the subcontractors and suppliers for every project turn over. These are reported as
    part of Project Documentation stated in the Contract Documents
    8. Arrange for approval of rates for confirmation of subcontractor work or supply on miscellaneous works in the site
    9. Prepare internal memos addressed to the concerned department or project in order to relay information like variation
    order issuance or any project or operation issues that calls for resolution
    10. Update and maintain project logs related to the Contracts activities including variation/site instruction log,
    subcontract/supply agreement log, guarantee/warranty log, and spare materials log
    11. Prepare amendments to subcontract/supply agreement including the issuance of tentative confirmation on works
    involving variations and claims
    12. Update and maintain data required for Contract Billing & Subcontract Billing Module under the ERP System
    13. Comply with the Policies and Procedures of the company (HR, QHSE, and IMS-ISO), and that of the state (Qatar Labour
    Law and Qatar Ministries).
    14. Carry out additional duties, functions and appointments as advised by the manager being reported to.
