Preparing budgets, detailed cost plans and performing cost control.
Making the procedure / systems required for commissioning, initial formulation / implementation of all Pre-commissioning and commissioning plans, supervising the contractors / suppliers, workers and staff that handles all activities including procedure write-up and documentation needs.
Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, preparing and analyzing costing for tenders.
Providing advice on contractual claims, valuing completed work and arranging payments to sub-contractors.
Ensure that inspection and testing comply with the specified requirements.
Site verification of variations and taking records for submissions of claims.
Assists in general contract administration duties, example: Budgets, Quantity take-off.
Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
- Should have handled high-value projects.
- Minimum 10 years work experience.
