About the job Support Technician
IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN/ IT Help Desk
Key Responsibilities:
- Specific responsibilities include the following:
- IT Technical Support for Client End users. (External and external Client department locations).
- Installation new Devices (Computer, laptops, printers. scanners. network printer etc .).
- Support to Client users on OS, MS Office, and other application and software.
- Installation all kind of application on pcs, ( Support and Troubleshooting).
- Repair the Devices, formatting and troubleshooting.
- Helping and give the information to users how solving the problem of printers,
- internet, language, and more. If they face again same problem they can solving himself.
Skills & Requirements:
- Required candidate experience and skills/capabilities include:
- 3-year Experience in IT Support Technician .
- Technical writing skills.
- Spoken language Arabic and English.
- a good memory of how software and operating systems work.
