Job Description

  • Promote 5S and Operational safety Training across AAM Operational Departments (Business Department / Shared Services)
  • Support in establishing a Safety Culture by applying the Toyota Safety Approach and Promotional Activities
  • Facilitate and conduct training for Kikken Yochi (danger prediction) and Hiyari Hatto (Near-Miss) and workplace safety suggestions
  • Promote workplace safety enhancements and lead Safety Events and Safety SGA at the assigned Gemba (workplace)
  • Foster greater awareness of safety among customers and employees and create frameworks to promote safety promotion activities and promote kaizen.
  • Evaluate each of the Safety training conducted through Gemba evaluation, assessments and feedback sharing
  • Prepare and construct Safety Operational Manual (SOP's, PowerPoint Presentations, Evaluation Criteria, Guidelines, Scheme, Policies, etc.)
