V.I.E would be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. They may assist Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Learaning and Development and other HR functions. 


The role would cover the following and not limited to:


  • Recruitment 

• VIE will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions within the company, and be responsible for coordinating interviews.


• Coordinate with PRO and admin team for visa and accommodation-related coordination for new joiners.


• Responsible for coordinating various HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement.


• Responsible for creating reports and dashboards to track HR metrics.


• Assist in the preparation of HR-related presentations.


• Other HR admin-related works.


  • Communications

• Responsible for HR-related announcements, newsletters, and other internal communications to employees.


• Maintain HR-related content on the company intranet or other internal communication platforms.


• Organize and facilitate HR-related events, such as programs or town hall meetings.


• Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure HR initiatives and programs are effectively communicated to employees.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal communications (Viva Engage).


• Create and maintain communication templates and guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity in all HR-related communications.


• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in internal communications to continuously improve HR communication strategies.


  • Training

• Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to schedule and organize training sessions for employees.


• Arrange logistics for training sessions, such as booking training rooms, arranging catering, and ensuring necessary equipment and materials are available.


• Manage employee registration and attendance for training sessions and communicate training schedules and requirements to employees.


• Develop and maintain training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online resources Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.


• Coordinate with other departments, such as IT or facilities, to ensure all necessary resources and support are available for training sessions.


• Manage training budgets and expenses and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


• Assist in the preparation of HR-related presentations and training materials.


Main requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Good Command over on MS office.
