About the role 



As Web Platform Manager, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the digital travel experience, leading the development and enhancement of our digital web platform that enables the delivery of industry-leading digital products and content, and providing strategic leadership for the long term vision and architecture of the platform.  



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the web content platform for digital, enabling the digital team to release best-in-class digital products and content across the digital landscape
  • Live and breathe the digital product vision and OKRs to shape your platform roadmap to achieve digital product goals and remove blockers
  • Manage and operate the Adobe Experience Manager platform, including authoring/content management processes and guidelines
  • Provide training and support to content authors and other users of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform to ensure they can effectively leverage all of its features and functionalities
  • Assist and support technology decisions, architecture, and product evaluation for CX, web content, Content Management System (CMS), and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
  • Highlight opportunities for enhancing overall user experience for both Content Management System (CMS) internal users and end customers, and drive innovation addressing pain points for both user communities by analysing both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Research and regularly evaluate available Content Management System (CMS) capabilities to identify new opportunities for the digital team
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to gather insights, communicate roadmap progress and ensure alignment with the product vision, balancing competing interests and driving consensus to achieve digital objectives
  • Conduct regular Search Engine Optimizations (SEO) audits to optimize the digital experience for search engines, improving rankings and brand visibility

Qualifications

About You



We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Product Owner to join our innovative and forward thinking Digital Commerce & Service Experiences team shaping the future of travel at Qatar Airways.



  • Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential


  • 6+ years of job-related experience


  • Proven experience in managing CMS platforms for large enterprise organisations


  • A passion for innovation and a drive to push digital boundaries in air travel


  • A proven track record of efficiently prioritizing a platform roadmap


  • Experience in working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is essential
