88.2% of MENA respondents believe that their teams work effectively together.

Nearly two third (60.7%) state that the team leader is the central decision maker.

Eight in10 respondents agree that work among their team is spread equally and fairly.

66.3% of respondents say that communication between team members is always open and participative.

Data for the2016 Bayt.com ‘Teams in the MENA Workplace’ poll was collected online from August22016 to September192016. Results are based on a sample of9,708 respondents. Countries that participated are the UAE, Bahrain, Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Tunisia, Qatar, KSA, Yemen, and others.
