Job Description

A well-established private sector company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, with a maximum of 5 years. This role requires an individual who is knowledgeable in the recruitment process and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Source and attract candidates by utilizing various recruitment platforms and techniques such as job boards, social media, and networking.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the position.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  5. Conduct reference checks and background investigations to ensure the credibility of potential hires.
  6. Manage the recruitment database and keep track of candidate information and progress.
  7. Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers regarding the selection process and candidate profiles.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
  9. Assist in the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  6. Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  7. Proficient in using recruitment software and platforms.
  8. Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate assessment.
  9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  10. Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
