المسؤوليات الرئيسية :
- قيادة تطوير وتنفيذ التصاميم المعمارية، مع ضمان مطابقتها لمواصفات العملاء والميزانيات والمعايير التنظيمية.
- إدارة وتنسيق العمل مع المكاتب العالمية المختصة بالتصاميم والاستشارات الهندسية لضمان توافق أهداف المشروع ومعايير التصميم.
- الإشراف على إنشاء المخططات التفصيلية المعمارية، مع ضمان الدقة والتوافق مع المعايير العالمية.
- تسهيل التواصل الفعال بين الفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك المعماريين والمهندسين
والمصممين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان سير المشروع بكفاءة وتناسق.
- مراجعة واعتماد اقتراحات التصميم والتعديلات، وتقديم التوصيات والتعديلات الخبيرة حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان التزام جميع مشاريع المعمار بالمعايير البيئية والسلامة والاستقرار الهيكلي.
- إدارة الجداول الزمنية للمشروع والموارد والمخرجات لضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.
- توجيه وتطوير أعضاء الفريق، مع تعزيز مهاراتهم المهنية وفتح بيئة تعاونية بينهم.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our architectural projects and coordinate international consultancy relations. The ideal candidate will bring a rich background of at least 15 years in architectural design, showcasing extensive expertise in managing complex design projects and collaborating with global architectural firms and engineering consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of architectural designs, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and coordinate with international design offices and engineering consultants to align project objectives and design standards.
- Oversee the creation of detailed architectural plans, ensuring precision and adherence to international standards.
- Facilitate effective communication across multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and efficient project flow.
- Review and approve design proposals and modifications, providing expert recommendations and adjustments as needed.
- Ensure all architectural projects comply with environmental, safety, and structural standards.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their professional skills and fostering a collaborative team environment
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في العمارة، التصميم، أو مجال ذو صلة.

- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مع القدرة على التواصل بفعالية في بيئات متعددة الثقافات.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design, with a significant portfolio of completed projects.
- Proven experience in working with international design firms and engineering consultants.
- Strong expertise in architectural drafting and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively in multi-cultural settings.
