يتحدث اللغة الانكليزية بطلاقة 

ان يكون لديه الخبرة في سوق العمل السعودي والقدرة على تسيير الامور الادارية للشركة

أن يكون لديه علاقات عمل في نفس المجال الخاص بالمقاولات والمشاريع في السوق السعودية 

لديه خبرة العمل في مشاريع البنية التحتية والطرق والبايب لاين وعمل سابقا في ادارة المشاريع وادارة الشركة
