Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Our ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles. Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
2. Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
3. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
4. Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports.
7. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
8. Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
9. Provide support during external audits.
10. Stay up to date with changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant.
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
3. Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
5. Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
6. Proficiency in using accounting software.
7. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

المسؤوليات:

إدارة العمليات المالية اليومية، بما في ذلك الحسابات المدفوعة والمستحقة، والفواتير، وتصفية البنك.

إعداد البيانات المالية، بما في ذلك بيانات الربح والخسارة، والميزانيات، وبيانات التدفق النقدي.

ضمان معالجة دقيقة وفورية لرواتب الموظفين.

مراقبة وتحليل البيانات المالية، وتحديد الاتجاهات وتقديم التوصيات للتحسين.

ضمان الامتثال للقوانين والتشريعات ذات الصلة.

إعداد وتقديم إقرارات الضرائب والتقارير المالية الأخرى.

المرشح المفضل:

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمحاسب.

درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.

شهادة مهنية مثل CPA أو ACCA مفضلة.

معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة والممارسات.

خبرة في التقارير المالية والتحليل.
