· Coach and mentor multiple Agile teams to ensure they understand and follow Agile principles.
· Monitor and assess team progress, offering guidance and support to overcome challenges.
· Assist in the refinement of Agile methodologies, ensuring teams adhere to best practices.
· Develop and execute strategies to enhance Agile processes and practices.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within teams.
· Encourage and support teams in adapting to change and embracing an Agile mindset.
· Support the resolution of conflicts and impediments that hinder Agile processes.
· Implement and monitor metrics to evaluate and improve Agile team performance.
· Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
· Guide Agile tools and techniques to enhance team productivity. · Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
