Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Design Manager with LEED certification to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading all architectural design projects with a focus on sustainability and environmentally friendly practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement sustainable design strategies in accordance with LEED certification requirements
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to create innovative and environmentally conscious design solutions
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with LEED standards and project specifications
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on sustainable design principles and practices
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in sustainable architecture and design



Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • LEED certification required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on sustainability and green building practices
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead a team to successfully complete projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
