Job Title: ASNT Level 3 Technician (RT, PT, MT, UT)
Department: Quality Assurance / Inspection
Reports To: Quality Assurance Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ASNT Level 3 Technician with expertise in Radio-graphic Testing (RT), Penetrate Testing (PT), Magnetic Testing (MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT). Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):
- Perform advanced NDT using techniques such as RT, PT, MT, and UT.
- Interpret and evaluate results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
Supervision and Training:
- Supervise NDT technicians and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians, enhancing their skills and understanding of NDT techniques.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, including descriptions of the methodology, tests conducted, results, and recommendations.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of test results for quality assurance and traceability.
Quality Assurance Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to industry quality and safety standards.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in NDT methodologies.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand requirements and provide expert NDT services.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external stakeholders regarding test procedures, results, and quality assurance issues.
RequirementsEssential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
- ASNT Level 3 certification in RT, PT, MT, and UT.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; however, experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of NDT principles, applications, and interpretations
