Ensures timely execution of company procedures for new hires, on boarding, PDP, etc. Supports the training and provides ongoing feedback and coaching, E.g on selling skills and operational standards. In collaboration with Boutique Manager and Human Resources, provides advice and counsel to Managers regarding personnel practices, policy, and employment laws. Minimum of 3 years of extensive professional experience in retail required.
