Assistant Manager Finance

Job PurposeThe Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the financial planning, management, and analysis efforts of the company Branches. This role is crucial for maintaining financial health and ensuring compliance with international financial standards.

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring high standards of financial reporting and control.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant financial regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, particularly from Big4 firms, to ensure smooth auditing processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and company growth.
• Manage cash flow, financial risk assessments, and investment opportunities.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and transparency.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA).
• 5-7 years of experience in a finance management role, with a preference for candidates with experience in fintech or related industries.
• Proven experience with IFRS and familiarity with financial regulations.
• Previous experience in Big4 firms is highly desirable.

• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
