JASARA PMC, a reputable program management company, is seeking an Associate Director - Lagoon Project to join our team. As an Associate Director - Lagoon Project, you will play a crucial role in the planning, development, and management of our lagoon projects. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you will ensure successful project delivery, adherence to quality standards, and timely completion of milestones. Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the planning, design, and construction of lagoon projects, including site selection, hydrodynamics, and ecosystem management. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external contractors in the development and execution of project plans. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including government entities, community organizations, and environmental agencies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, preferably in the development of lagoon projects. Strong knowledge of lagoon ecosystems, hydrodynamics, and environmental impact assessments. Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in managing environmental compliance and sustainability practices in project execution. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of local environmental regulations and permitting processes.* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
