We are looking for an experienced Bartender to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.
Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
Your Role
As the Bartender, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a professional and engaging manner, ensuring high-quality service, consistency in drink preparation, and a welcoming bar experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and hotel procedures
· Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and properly set up before, during, and after service
· Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance the overall bar experience
· Take and process beverage orders accurately and efficiently
· Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
· Maintain knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and hotel promotions
· Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of bar inventory and supplies
· Follow all hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
· Assist in inventory control and report stock levels as required
· Support pre-opening bar setup and operational readiness
 

Qualifications
· Previous experience as a bartender within hotels, restaurants, or bars
· Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and service standards
· Good customer service and guest engagement skills
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Team-oriented with strong communication skills
· Excellent English communication skills
