BIM Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BIM Professionals/Specialists for Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Architectural functions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing functional related BIM models and producing accurate and high-quality construction documentation.

• Professionally develop and maintain related functional BIM models using Revit software,

  
  

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and efficient project completion,

  
  

• Create accurate and detailed design drawings and models along with other construction documentation for functional related systems,

  
  

• Perform clash detection analysis and provide solutions to mitigate conflicts,

  
  

• Review and coordinate design changes with project managers and other engineers,

  
  

• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, as well as local and national codes and regulations,

  
  

• Participate in design meetings and provide technical expertise as needed,

  
  

• Prepare and present project progress reports to functional head.

  
  

• Must have Bachelor's degree in functional related engineering,

  
  

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the functional related engineering / construction field BIM modelling are required,

  
  

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software is required,

  
  

• Proficiency in Navisworks software is required,

  
  

• Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud software is required,

  
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

  
  

• The ability to work independently with minor guidance.
