RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:



Manage and continuously develop new technology introduction and the Sales department with focus on safe and efficient activities. Prepare and update monthly Sales map for KSA & Bahrain. Proactively facilitate account meetings with key stakeholders within various technical disciplines Present and advice All stakeholders on Completion Tools technologies and solutions portfolio Develop relationship with account stakeholders to understand their current and future technology needs. Understand competitive technologies and client’s drivers, identifying areas for product development ensuring NOV is at the forefront of the market development. Be an active and constructive member of the management team, maintain excellent cooperation with other department managers and seek efficient work processes between departments. Maintain a robust sales and opportunity pipeline for client. Monitor client issues, feedback, deadlines, and deliverables and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage and drive the sales cycle of key opportunities to realize company growth. Lead tenders, contract negotiations and account KPI meetings Provide sales leadership throughout the bidding phase by working in conjunction with Project and Applications support teams. Network with account stakeholders to represent NOV. Prepare technical proposals, quotes, schematics, operational guidelines, and other documentation. Support in the SQ incident investigation report to be presented to the client Responsible for ensuring structured handovers of confirmed sales projects internally. Maintain opportunity pipeline in ERP and Project management system. Provide input on forecasts and annual planning for assigned customers. Other duties may be added to the position.

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:



Employee shall work and behave in compliance with the NOV Code of Business Conduct and Ethical Standards, values, and company policies. The employee shall always, comply with local statutory rules and regulations. Minimum 15 years’ experience with completion equipment and operations. Able to travel 50% of time to out of city client office.
