Business Development Specialist

• Maintain an organized and accessible file system for sales and marketing resources
• Creating and processing internal sales requests in a timely manner, processing rushed requests, and reviewing pending requests to ensure timely response to clients
• Handling sales administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams (organizing sales resources, meetings, and initiatives)
• Research and analysis of business opportunities and partnerships to achieve sustainable revenue growth
• Evaluating and improving sales process efficiency in collaboration with other departments (i.e. marketing, operations)
• Performing market and competitor analysis toward to achieve company market share objectives
• Support in developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships
• Liaising and following up with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue

Prepare and lead community engagement and events for community 

• The ability to work with the team in a positive and energetic manner
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• The ability to take initiatives and generate new ideas, solve problems
• Strong communications skills in Arabic and English
• Microsoft office skills is a must (i.e. PowerPoint and word )
• Bachelor’s degree in Business
• 2 year min of experiences
