Providesthe required support, and customer service to ensure satisfaction and to meetthe needs and interests Employee Social Club (ESC) members and visitors.
1- Assists in the processing of required paperwork.Completes forms submitted or requested to the section, as assigned.
2- Acts as a first point of contact, receives phonecalls, and answers inquiries as necessary.
3- Serves as primary contact person in receiving ESC membership applicationsfrom Organization’semployees. Prepares the necessary documentation and database entries forrecords and tracking purposes.
4- Develops and implements an effective sourcingstrategy to reduce costs of products and services.
5- Greets, welcomes visitors/guests and deliversexceptional customer service assistance.
6- Liaises with Payroll to arrange deductions foremployees’ ESC membership fees.
7- Announces ESC’s offers, packages, events, andservices on the Organization’s website.
Bachelor’sDegree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or relateddiscipline required.
One(1) year of related experience is required.
