Job Description

  • Ensure that operating and kitchen equipment is maintained to a good standard with minimum breakage.
  • Supervise, collect, and evaluate all essential ingredients for food preparations for successful kitchen operations.
  • Assisting team members in their daily activities to improve the preparations for customers and enhance the company's image.
  • Assisting other officials and managers in executing food hygiene practices and cleanliness standards for food and kitchen equipment.

Skills

  • Complete understanding of, and adhere to the company’s policy relating to food hygiene and safe food handling practices.
  • Proficient in adapting to multiple organizational settings as per the requirements.
  • Experience following quality control and safety measures in food outlets, restaurants, resorts, and hotels.
  • Proficient in expressing thoughts and communicating ideas to handle a variety of tasks associated with the kitchen.
