Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will play a critical role in enhancing our clients' success with Google Cloud services. The ideal candidate will champion our customers' needs and utilize cutting-edge cloud technology to promote substantial business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with customers. Serve as the primary contact, ensuring their needs are met and they are successful with our cloud products.
- Business Expansion: Spot and seize opportunities for growth within existing accounts by understanding client business needs and offering solutions that boost their cloud capabilities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategic action plans for customer onboarding, adoption, and retention. Monitor usage patterns and collaborate with clients to maximize their cloud service utilization.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction, renewal rates, and the success of upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Collaboration: Align closely with our sales and technical teams to refine offerings and drive innovation in customer engagements.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 5 Years: Proven success in customer-facing roles within the technology or cloud services sectors.
- Cloud Computing Exposure: Experience with cloud environments, focusing on customer success and engagement.
Skills:
- Customer Success Orientation: Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships, driving business growth through strategic account management.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud computing, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Independent Worker: Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively while working independently.
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Preferred Certifications: Certifications in cloud computing platforms like Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
Work Environment:
- Location: On-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, Day shift.
