Compliance Manager and specification writer

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Manager and Specification Writer to join our team. As Compliance Manager and Specification Writer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, industry standards, and regulations across our projects. In addition, you will play a crucial role in developing accurate and comprehensive project specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in compliance management, technical writing, and construction industry regulations.

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, industry standards, and regulations
• Develop and update compliance documentation, including policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify compliance issues
• Collaborate with project teams to develop corrective action plans
• Manage and maintain compliance databases and records
• Review and analyze project specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
