Job Description

  • Overseeing quality control and safety measures will be essential, ensuring that all construction activities adhere to industry standards and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to create detailed project plans and schedules, efficiently allocating tasks and responsibilities among team members.
  • Your responsibility in efficient project documentation management, covering contracts, permits, and change orders, will ensure a systematic and comprehensive record of the construction process.
  • Your responsibilities as a Construction Manager will revolve around overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to conclusion, ensuring they are executed within specified timelines, budgetary limits, and in compliance with safety protocols.
  • Maintain efficient project documentation management, handling contracts, permits, and change orders meticulously to establish a comprehensive and orderly record of the construction process.
  • Oversee and coordinate the entire construction process as a Construction Manager, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring timely delivery, budgetary compliance, and strict adherence to safety measures.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools for scheduling, cost estimation, and resource allocation, and the ability to analyze and interpret project data are essential requirements for this position.

Skills

  • 13 years of experience in the same role.
  • Minimum 7 years in road construction management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
  • Proficient in road construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
  • Able to join Immediately.
