JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Construction Manager at JASARA PMC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects in the region.
Responsibilities of the Construction Manager include managing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning and execution to budgeting and quality control. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or a similar role. Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
