We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the role of Construction Manager (EOI) at JASARA PMC. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement construction strategies, establish project goals and deliverables, and monitor progress throughout the construction process. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with proven experience in successfully delivering large-scale projects. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

25+ years of proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role In-depth knowledge of construction management principles and best practices Demonstrated ability to successfully manage construction projects from start to finish Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders Sound understanding of construction budgets, schedules, and regulations Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Professional certifications in construction management or project management are advantageous Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
