Job Description
Role Purpose
To organize and run the CSR communications, event, branding and marketing of NEOM in order to meet quality standards and delivery timeline within the CSR strategy and policy as well as NEOM communication strategy. Overseeing the internal and external CSR communication operations by managing the communications department staff, setting goals and guidelines, establishing budgets and timelines, liaising with key partners, coordinating with different teams to conceptualize and execute plans, and resolving issues promptly.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Main Responsibility
- Managing the CSR communication with internal and external stakeholders through all channels.
- Enhance and implement the CSR communication and branding strategy.
- Plan and manage all CSR communication channel
- Ensure following NEOM branding guideline in all CSR communication as well as CSR guideline.
- Handle all CSR press releases, interviews and media works with NEOM Communication Team
- Prepare and manage all CSR reports (quarterly & annually)
- Improve and handle weekly media mentoring reports
- Manage CSR Awards
- Come up with creative ideas to develop CSR communication and social media.
- Promote CSR initiatives and programs.
- Manage the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels.
- Manage CSR news with the NEOM internal magazine.
- Plan event & project from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Create and follow check list for event based on NEOM marketing and CSR standards
- Come up with creative ideas to enhance the project event’s success in alignment with NEOM Event Team
- Obtain and manage new events that fulfil and aligned with CSR Strategy
People Management
- Managing CSR communication & event team
- Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise staff and provide regular feedback on performance
- Promote a high-performance working environment embracing NEOM’s values
- Develop the team capabilities.
Partners’ Management
- Maintain, obtain and manage CSR communication partners internally and externally
- Follow up and raise awareness on CSR activities for partners
- Manage social sponsorship
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Handel the CSR marketing and communication agency
BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Fully understand the CSR concept and has at least one year experience in the filled/ has worked on CSR projects
- Having CSR & Sustainability certificates will be plus
- Strong Communication skills including planning and executing as well as interaction with stakeholders
- Strong Leadership skills and has experience in leading team
- Fluent in Arabic and English (writing and speaking)
- Professional in Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ability to prepare and present presentations
- Creative thinking
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
- Creativity and versatility in copywriting and media relations.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
- +10 years MARCOMs experience
