Customer Care Agent - SAUDIS ONLY

Our motto is to simplify the lives of finance managers by enabling them to focus on more productive tasks through issuing cards to employees with pre-defined controls, managing team budgets and implementing customized approval policies. Additionally, we are the only licensed spend management platform in Saudi Arabia by the Saudi Central Bank.

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email or chat.
• Identify customer needs and assist customers use specific features.
• Update internal FAQ with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with the Product team.
• Gather customer feedback and share with Customer Experience Manager.

• Background on Information Technology
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
• Systematic and well-organized approach.
