Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our call center team in Dammam. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have. This is a full-time position with a rotating shift system and a clear career advancement path.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to their inquiries and requests.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide the best possible customer service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
- Adhere to call center guidelines and protocols.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Preferred Candidate:
- High school diploma or higher education.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Saudi nationality.
