Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our call center team in Dammam. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have. This is a full-time position with a rotating shift system and a clear career advancement path.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming customer calls and respond to their inquiries and requests.
2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
4. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
5. Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide the best possible customer service.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
9. Adhere to call center guidelines and protocols.
10. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.

Preferred Candidate:

1. High school diploma or higher education.
2. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
3. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Saudi nationality.
