Manage entire ordering process for the dealers he/she responsible for;

+

Provide dealer contracts by entering them into Oracle

+

Check and enter the orders into Oracle

+

Schedule the shipments from global warehouses

+

Follow up backlog items

+

Follow up delivery notes and invoicing processes for the shipments

+

Respond and follow customer complaints and questions

+

Track credit hold issues

+

Track incorrect shipments (missing or surplus)

+

Monitoring and tracing stockout products at global main sources

+

Prepare necessary data for the department KPI tracking file

+

Support the team for tracking ÜTS flow and related system error notifications. (ÜTS: product tracking system of Ministry of Commerce)

+

Support customs clearance operations by preparing the insurance policies and special permits documents for the shipments

+

Monitoring unique QR labeling process, from import until receipt by the dealers

+

Update the dealer scorecard: To evaluate the dealers from L&D point of view

+

Represent the department by attending local as well as global meetings and workshops.
