Job Description
We are currently searching for 5 dedicated trainers to fill
a 6-month full-time position, extendable based on performance. The role
involves delivering training courses in the field of Data Management and
Governance, with a specific focus on Data Management Practices (NDMO). including two months of courses for the public
outside of governmental programs. Familiarity with the Informatica system is a
plus.
Please note that the content is ready, and a TOT
(Training of Trainers) program will be provided to the selected trainers.
Requirements- Specialization: Expertise in Data Management and Governance, with a deep understanding of NDMO practices.
- Time Commitment: Ability to commit to a 6-month period with the possibility of extension.
- General Totaling skills: Capability to conduct training sessions for the public outside the governmental environment.
- Informatica system Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with the Informatica system is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Data Management and Governance practices.
- Develop and deliver engaging content for general public training programs.
- Provide hands-on training in NDMO practices.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the training program.
Qualification Skills:
- Certifications: Possession of (CDMP) with a score of 70 plus is a must.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies to effectively plan, organize, and execute training programs within specified timelines.
- Technology Integration: Experience in integrating data management tools and technologies, beyond Informatica, into training programs, showcasing a broad understanding of the data management landscape.
- Interactive Learning Techniques: Utilize innovative and interactive teaching methods to ensure an engaging and effective learning experience for participants.
- Data Privacy Knowledge: Stay informed about data privacy regulations and guidelines to incorporate relevant information into training content.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data scenarios and provide practical solutions, fostering critical thinking skills among participants.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience working in industries where effective data management is crucial, bringing real-world insights to training content.
