safety related precautions.
2. Performs industrial hygiene filed measurements and safety evaluations.
3. Assesses work place for occupational health hazards by observing work conditions,
assessing records, conducting interviews, sampling, and monitoring chemical or physical agents.
4. Recommends changes to company’s policy and procedures to ensure compliance.
5. Conducts regulatory compliance training seminars for staff.
6. Maintains records of documents processed.
7. Compiles various regular reports in accordance with standard operating procedures.
8. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly inspections of the workplaces such as: Forklifts, Manual Lifting, firefighting, alarm system, confined spaces, machine guarding, etc., and
takes plant tour photographs on a Daily basis & Submitted to EHS Records.
9. Plan and implement EHS policies and programs.
10. Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics.
11. Prepare educational seminars and webinars on a regular basis.
12. Review existing policies and procedures.
13. Adhere to all the rules and regulations.
14. Conduct risk assessment.
15. Enforce preventative measures.
16. Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions.
17. Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulations.
18. Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes.
19. Oversee workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employees'
safety.
Excellent knowledge of legislations and procedures.
Experience with writing policies and procedures for EHS.
Proficient in MS Office.
Team player.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Certificate in occupational health and safety.
