Car Electrician

- An Electrician is a skilled professional who specializes in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in

buildings and structures. They are responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of electrical wiring, fixtures, and

equipment to provide electricity for various purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Routine electrical works including vehicle preparation.
• Determines malfunction of electrical system by visual inspection of the vehicle.
• Familiar with the adjustment between the ignition timing, measures, and adjusts the breaker–point gaps.
• Ensure electrical equipment which are fitted in the vehicle is as per the Motor vehicle retail and repair industry.
• Must be ready to undertake electrical installation of accessories and ancillary equipment on the vehicle.
• Test and repair digital control systems including ABS controls.
• To raise request for parts, as necessary to the concerned dept staff.
• Should be able to test, recondition and replace faulty alternators, generators, starter motors and other electrical ems.
• Must maintain inspection sheets, certificates, details of repairs done and must be produced on demand.
• Follow safety norms and SOP
• Knowledge on rewinding motors and electronic wirings.
• Understanding of local language.
• Keep the work area in a hygienic manner
• Follow the instructions of the supervisor, company, and local law
• Avoid repeat jobs
• Suggest parts quality periodically
• Support process and service improvement
• Completed routine electrical tasks as per market schedule time
• Willing to work in the field and workshop
