Deliver and follow up on all the HR-related services to employees for the assigned Region
or departments, and keep the records for the HR administration, in line with the HR and
C&B policies, and ES guidelines and instructions, in order to ensure consistent delivery of
employee services and a sound personnel administration.
1. Employee Services
Execute and follow up HR related questions, employee services (such as handling leave
requests, coordinating business trips, following up on return from leave), and issue-solving
for individual employees, in line with the ES and C&B policies, guidelines and instructions,
in order to ensure timely and consistent delivery of employee services.
2. Official documents
Coordinate and monitor the issuing and renewal of official documents for employees (such
as visa, passports and work permits), in order to ensure timely handling of these so that
employees’ documents are compliant with regulations at all times.
3. Government Relations
Establish good work relationships with the relevant representatives of local government
offices related to HR, to ensure easy entry when needed, and follow up on employees’
problems with government units.
4. HR information and communication
Execute the required communication and ensure availability of information to employees
(structural and on request) about C&B and HR policies, procedures and regulations, and
distribute announcements, according to guidelines and instructions.
5. HR administration
Execute all required administration in line with ES procedures and instructions, and align
with the central ES administration, in order to maintain a sound personnel administration
and up-to-date personnel files for the employees in the Region/departments.
6. Staff mutations
Follow up on staff mutations (transfers, in/out) according to checklists and instructions.

according to recruitment policies and procedures and aligned with the recruitment
• Specific diploma/education: Administration, HRM or Customer Services
• Minimal experience: 2 years in similar job
